A Class on Self-Healing

Everyone experiences energy loss as we age. We start to feel more and more tired. Our emotions sometimes get the better of us. We try to change, but it is difficult. In this class, you will learn how to heal past wounds that are robbing you of your energy. The technique is practical and effective resulting in real change.

The technique taught during this workshop is an ancient practice for retrieving and healing your energy. It also teaches you how to prevent current energetic loss and retrieve energy lost from the past.  The technique has steps, phases and results in lasting change for the individual practicing it.  One form or another of the core idea of it is present in all  ancient traditions.

You will not only learn about the theory of self-healing but you will have a chance to practice it during the workshop along with the ability to follow-up with Mark anytime after the workshop with questions you might have.
